Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Bene Pelle is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

Failed Delivery & Lost Packages
If a package is lost or undelivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist in locating or replacing the order.

Damaged Packages
